Our Founders

Late Pawan Kumar Surana

A founding member of the company, Late Pawan Kumar Surana, initiated the venture in 2002 as a proprietor. He was an expert in the realm of Income Tax cases, offering invaluable advice on bookkeeping and the procedures essential for establishing a robust accounting system conducive to efficient business operations. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr Pawan Kumar Surana was actively involved in social endeavours, serving as the President of Terapanth Yuvak Parishad Kolkata from July 2016 to June 2017.

Mr Manoj Surana

Mr Manoj Surana, the younger brother of the Late Pawan Kumar Surana and co-founder of Surana Consultancy, joined the company in 2004. He swiftly established his proficiency in managing VAT/CST cases and oversees GST-related matters and other indirect taxes. His substantial knowledge extends to resolving various accounting challenges and ensuring proper and timely compliance with diverse statutory regulations. Furthermore, Mr. Manoj Surana held the esteemed position of Treasurer at the social institution JIYO/JITO Kolkata from 2017 to 2019.
